Évolution réglementaire sur les produits CBD alimentaires

À partir du 15 mai 2026, les autorités françaises annoncent une application plus stricte de la réglementation européenne dite Novel Food concernant les produits CBD à usage alimentaire : huiles, tisanes, bonbons et compléments.

Pour anticiper cette évolution, Herbeevor organise un déstockage exceptionnel sur certaines références concernées ou en fin de série. Les produits disponibles restent proposés dans le respect du cadre légal applicable, avec un taux de THC inférieur à 0,3% lorsque concerné.
